Me too, there are some things I would like to see added 

ok to file complaint do this go to the main page in here this site click on my autel  then to your left click on your issue  then click on new issue to your upper right then   choose category  select your country  i always choose china   had better luck, fill all boxes mark with an asteristic *  and submit within minutes you will get an email with instructions   you can do this from your tool  as well  i  can not remember on the data logs i have to check and get back to you on that one
